Currently flexing my E-Commerce muscle for an Australian Pet Care brand and handling all things customer
loyalty and User Experience. Career highlights include being a critical part of the senior management team
that successfully completed the sale of Pearson Institute of Higher Education to a consortium of Exeo Capital and SGI. Responsible for the Marketing turnaround strategy to bring the business into a profitable state.

(CMS), Pay Per Click (PPC), Social Media and Brand Management. A highly efficient, innovative and motivated Marketing director with extensive experience in developing successful strategies as well as, reviewing and defining the overall Marketing Strategy driven by analytical insight in line with the overall Business strategy.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, growth-orientated environment. My passion is growing
brands in the digital space particularly in the organic space through SEO and performance content. I have
been fortunate enough to access resources across the world by working with the top e-learning giants such
as Pearson, 2U inc, and Apollo Global, as well as Local and International University portfolios.

AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME

The Ambassador Programme was a concept born out of a need to increase brand awareness, customer reviews and brand loyalty amongst current and newly acquired customers. Each Ambassador was given a specific job and hired to test various products sold on the online store. This in turn promoted honest reviews and allowed the brand to connect with a much larger network through the ambassador's followers. Who doesn't love to follow a cute pet account.

PRE-ENROL WITH EDUVOS

This campaign focused on driving student commitment to a private higher education institution over it's competitors. By pre-enroling, it allowed for partnerships to be formed that benefited all including student discounts, access to learning resources all while securing ones seat for higher education in 2023. Additional support was included for parents and students during matric exams. The campaign was a success with a growth of 25% on previous year registrations.
